Announcing the 16th Semi-Annual LI Wellness Health Fair to be held on Sunday April 19, 2009 at the beautiful ballroom setting of the Huntington Hilton Hotel on Route 110 in Melville. The hours are from 10am to 4pm.

 

 

 

The Hilton will provide you with a 6 foot table already draped as well as chairs. If you require electricity, please arrive at 9am to set up and bring an extension cord along with you.

 

The LI Wellness Health Fair is your opportunity to market yourself in your own community. A flyer will be provided for you to make additional copies and distribute various locations of your choice. We also encourage you to send the flyer out as well as emails and personal announcements pertaining to your product or profession to all clients, patients and other contacts. It has been my experience that you must be willing to participate in bringing in the public for this to be a successful event.

 

We will provide advertising in Creations, LI Naturally and various calendars of events on LI. Cablevision and Channel 12 usually post our health fair information as well. We typically generate between 150 to 300 people depending upon the efforts of the vendors. This is an opportunity for you to network with the other vendors and spread the word to your contacts. You will be expected to generate at least 10 people attending the event.
